Abstract
Anak adalah titipan Tuhan dan bagian dari sebuah keluarga, sehingga anak perlu diperhatikan, dibina dan dididik bukan saja dalam kebutuhan jasmani tetapi lebih didalam kebutuhan secara rohani. Pendidikan rohani sangat penting karena dapat membentuk pola pikir anak. Firman Tuhan menjelaskan bahwa, "Didiklah orang muda menurut jalan yang patut baginya maka masa tuanyapun ia tidak akan menyimpang dari dari jalan itu." (Amsal 22:6) Apabila seorang anak dididik dengan sungguh-sungguh tentang Firman Tuhan, maka dia akan mengalami pertumbuhan rohani yang baik dan sampai kapanpun anak itu tidak akan meninggalkan ajaran Tuhan.
