Abstrak
Pemimpin rohani memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan dan pertumbuhan gereja. Mereka tidak hanya bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengajarkan jemaat, tetapi juga harus memperhatikan kesejahteraan spiritual dan emosional dari para anggotanya. yang kompeten bukanlah pekerjaan yang mudah. Seorang pemimpin rohani dalam konteks Perjanjian Baru terlihat dari kehidupan murid Yesus. Mereka adalah juga gembala jemaat yang kompeten yang memiliki keterampilan dan kualitas kepemimpinan yang diperlukan saat itu. Mereka memimpin jemaat dan membimbing sesuai dengan tujuan daripada Allah memanggil pemimpin di setiap konteks.
