Penguatan Eksistensi Guru PAK di Era Digital: Fungsi Transformatif Spiritualitas Guru PAK dalam Dimensi Inkarnatif Kristus di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow

On May 6, 2025, IAKN Manado, in collaboration with the North Sulawesi Teachers and Education Personnel Center, conducted a Community Service Program (PKM) entitled Strengthening the Existence of Teachers in the Digital Era, held in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This PkM aims to strengthen the existence of teachers in the aspects of soft skills and spirituality. This PkM was attended by teachers in the Bolaang Mongondow area. Through implementation methods such as presentations, discussions, practical skills training, and learning design in the digital era, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of their existence as teachers in this digital era. The issue of how participants should respond to various challenges in the digital era, including controlling the use of digital devices, became one of the main focuses of this activity. In addition, a comprehensive reflection on the role of incarnate teachers was also a substantial aspect that received a positive response from the participants. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand their calling as teachers in the digital era and design learning models that are relevant to the digital context.
Pada tanggal 6 Mei 2025 IAKN Manado bekerja sama dengan Balai Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Sulut melaksanakan kegiatan PkM bertajuk Penguatan Eksistensi Guru Pak Di Era Digital yang diselenggarakan di kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. PkM ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat eksistensi guru dalam aspek soft skills dan spiritualitas. PkM ini diikuti oleh guru-guru di wilayah Bolaang Mongondow. Melalui metode pelaksanaan dengan presentasi, diskusi, pelatihan keterampilan praktis, dan desain pembelajaran di era digital peserta mendapatkan pemahaman secara menyeluruh terhadap eksistensi mereka sebagai guru di era digital ini. Isu mengenai bagaimana para peserta harus merespons berbagai tantangan di era digital, termasuk pengendalian terhadap penggunaan perangkat digital, menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam kegiatan ini. Selain itu, refleksi menyeluruh mengenai peran guru yang inkarnatif turut menjadi aspek substansial yang memperoleh respons positif dari para peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan para peserta mampu memahami panggilan mereka sebagai guru di era digital dan mendesain model pembelajaran yang relevan dengan konteks digital.
