This study aims to holistically develop human resources to improve the welfare of the congregation and community at GSJA Asam Tiga Naibonat. The subjects of the study were the congregation members, students, and lecturers involved in the Community Service Program (PkM) conducted in April 2024. The methods employed included training, seminars, and practical mentoring tailored to local needs. The results showed an increased understanding among participants regarding natural resource management and entrepreneurial skills, as well as the establishment of synergy between the campus, church, and community. These findings highlight the importance of a holistic approach integrating spiritual, social, and economic aspects in human resource development within local church communities
