The strengthening of internal Christian harmony and the internalization of religious moderation values are crucial aspects in fostering a harmonious religious life within pluralistic work environments, such as the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in West Jakarta. This community service initiative was carried out in response to the challenges of denominational fragmentation and the potential for exclusivism within the church, which may hinder collaborative efforts in Christian public service. Employing a qualitative-participatory approach — comprising field observations, reflective dialogues, thematic workshops, and collaborative simulations — this program facilitated constructive and transformative interdenominational encounters. The outcomes demonstrated an increased ecumenical awareness among participants, enhanced capacity of Christian civil servants as agents of moderation, and the emergence of cross-denominational collaboration initiatives. Evaluation results indicate that internal Christian dialogue not only fosters inclusive theological understanding but also contributes to shaping visionary, tolerant, and integrity-driven civil servants. Recommendations include the development of contextual religious moderation modules for Christians and the expansion of program implementation to broader institutional levels. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference in designing religious development models that are responsive to pluralistic dynamics and the call for church unity in the contemporary era.
