Increasing the creativity of students is needed in a Christian educational institution, because besides imparting knowledge about the character building of Chistlike students, but also the need for real character building both in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The purpose of this training is to produce creative and innovative students in appreciating culture as a gift or gift from God. In this writing, the author emphasizes the skills of the East Rote SMTK students through training in the manufacture of the traditional Rote woven cloth, which is currently almost lost or extinct due to the lack of interest in the community to cultivate it. Therefore, with this training, students are expected in addition to having knowledge and skills, but more than that it can be salt and light for social life. So that in the end it has a positive impact, both for school, students and for the local Rote community.
